Bio:

Jean-Christophe Hoflack, Ph.D., is Matrix Leader in Biomarkers, Genetics & Genomics within Roche’s RNA Hub. With more than 20 years of experience across Roche, Servier, and Procter & Gamble, he has led teams in molecular toxicology, genomics, and translational biomarkers. His current focus is on the detection and risk assessment of hybridization-mediated off-targets in RNA therapeutics, guiding preclinical safety strategy and portfolio decisions. Jean-Christophe holds a Ph.D. in Toxicology from Université de Lorraine and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Molecular Genetics at Université de Montréal.
