Paul is Vice President and Head of CMC at City Therapeutics, where he leads CMC strategy, development, and manufacturing operations for the company’s oligonucleotide pipeline. With nearly two decades of experience spanning City Therapeutics, Korro Bio, Biogen, Stoke Therapeutics, and Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, he has extensive expertise in oligonucleotide CMC, process development, formulation, technology transfer, and regulatory submissions, including supporting the FDA approval of Biogen’s tofersen.
